The Brief
A lodge that frames the landscape.
Guests come for the lake and the birds. The interiors had to hold that view without competing with it.
The Concept
Canvas, timber and leather in a restrained palette — the lounge opens fully to the water, and every seat faces the horizon.
The Result
Guests photograph the lounge before check-in. The design does marketing the lodge could never have bought.
